Although the concepts of Six Sigma (statistical methods) and Lean (organizational efficiency and capability) have been around for a while now, the methods used to teach and empower people to really make these work are very new and exciting.   • Lean Six Sigma 101 for the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industry
    Lean and Six Sigma are powerful improvement methodologies that are being applied in every industry.  Applying Lean and Six Sigma within Pharmaceutical and Medical Device manufacturing requires a modified approach due to FDA regulations.  This class will introfuce the concepts of Lean and Six Sigma relative to Manufacturing Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices.
  • Certificate in Six Sigma Green Belt
    Six Sigma is a business management strategy that offers an analytical approach to identifying and eliminating defects in both products and services. The purpose of this training is to provide a working knowledge of Six Sigma and the key concepts of the Six Sigma *DMAIC techniques.  In this training a set of quality management methods are used, including statistical methods, and you will select a project that you will carry through the Six Sigma process.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Online Training Program 
    The Six Sigma Black Belt Online Training Program integrates Six Sigma with hands-on data analysis. The program material provides you with an in-depth look at the Six Sigma Black Belt problem-solving methodology, DMAIC: Define the problem, Measure key aspects, Analyze data, Improve the process, Control the future process. You'll also learn about deployment and project development approaches.
