With rising enrollment, both new and returning students to Anoka-Ramsey Community College Cambridge and Coon Rapids Campuses were greeted with a host of activities during the college’s bi-campus Welcome Week, Aug. 24 – 28.

The Cambridge Campus offered door prizes and contests, tours of the new fitness center, food sampling, pizza parties, a student involvement fair, an ice cream social and singer/performer Joe Dretsch.

Coon Rapids Campus offered free cookies and give-a-ways all week, root beer floats, a game day, T-shirt dying and the comic magician Jerry Frasier.

Each campus is also offering an annual fall picnic, Sept. 9, also hosted by the Student Life Departments, to foster fellowship among all those who make up the on-campus college community.
