Stafford Loan Application

Students attending ARCC will apply for their Federal Stafford Loan(s) online.

You must have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and have received your financial aid award letter. Your award letter indicates your eligibility for federal loans and previous lender if applicable. You may access your award letter at Online Financial Aid Status and Awards.

Remember – you must be enrolled at least half-time (6 credits) each semester to apply for a student loan. You must remain enrolled at least half-time and be making satisfactory academic progress to receive your loan.

Online Stafford Loan Application (Be Prepared with amount you wish to borrow and previous lender name. New borrowers will select their lender of choice when they complete the online Stafford Loan application)

ARCC will be notified electronically that you have completed your loan application.

Remember to sign your Online Master Promissory Note (MPN) with your FAFSA PIN or you print and sign and mail your MPN to Great Lakes Higher Education.

Check Loan Application Status : Fill in SS# and Password and click "Go" button.
