PLUS Loan Application
The PLUS loan is a low interest education loan that allows
the parent to fund the entire cost of the student’s
education minus financial aid already awarded. Anoka-Ramsey
Community College requires the FAFSA to be completed prior
to the application of a PLUS Loan.
Students may view their financial aid award information
at
Online Financial Aid Status and Award Letter.
Parent Eligibility:
- No adverse credit history or if ineligible,
need credit-worthy endorser

Dependent student’s natural, adoptive,
or stepparent
- U.S. Citizen, national, eligible non-citizen with
ss#
- No default of loan or owe refund to Title IV Grant
- Use loan for post-secondary educational expenses
- Student must be enrolled in 6 credits or more
